Karen has spent the majority of her career in supporting Legal Practices across the spectrum of their businesses. This has included significant work with partnerships to help improve their cultures, their operations, and in developing workable strategies that have agreement and impetus.
With significant experience in partnership alignment and lateral partner hires, she realised that many firms needed considerable support in communications between partners and in gaining an understanding of the drivers, and thoughts of individual partners. Many partners were coming to see her when matters had gone too far within their existing situations and this lack of alliance with their current partnerships meant that they were now seeking new ventures. It has been her mission to improve that situation for individuals and firms.
In achieving healthy and functioning partnerships, and in understanding all key viewpoints across all avenues of the business and individual drivers, this sets the tone for a healthier and highly functional and profitable business. This in turn gains support and buy in from staff, higher engagement and attraction for great recruits.
